Day two .. a bit longer than day 1 but not too bad. We did feel it by the end of the walk. Weather didn’t know what it wanted to do. Some rain and some sun. Finally met some other pilgrims for a bit. Alex from the UK just finished the Frances route and is doing this one. Crazy. Lunch wasn’t great, but we stopped for coffee and vihno Tinto along the way. We got to Barcelos just before 4 pm. Checked into the Albuquerque and did a little grocery shopping. We also went to the pilgrim’s blessing service at the chapel. We ended the night with one of the best sushi meals ever. Seriously, it was incredible. We are not looking forward to our longest day in all day rain tomorrow. But what are we to do but trek on! Bom cahmino.
